Xhin and Perc split up the latest slab of plastic from Stroboscopic Artefacts, and it’s a must for all fans of austere, stumbling, electronica-tinged techno. Only Perc’s ‘Kater’ keeps up the semblance of a straight techno track, and stands out as a minimalistic rocker. Good stuff.
